Shipping Policy
Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping just use code FREESHIPPING at checkout. For orders below $150, a flat rate of $9 applies for urban and $15 for rural. We do not currently ship internationally or to Chatham Islands.
All orders are shipped via NZ Post. You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Orders are typically processed the next working day but may take up to 3. Processing times may increase during New Zealand public holidays.
Delivery timeframes range from 1 to 5 working days.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
